After earning her degree from Antonelli Institute of Art and Photography, and meeting and marrying her husband, Derek, Susan spent 17 years capturing weddings. Together, Susan and Derek shot over 200 weddings -  some of them very high profile - on film.
From there, Susan found senior portrait photography, where her true passion lies.  Looking back on her years in high school, Susan wanted to create images for seniors that they could love and be proud of;  Images that would be a true representation of their personality and uniqueness.  She has created her senior portrait experience with the hope of empowering these young women and men.
Fun fact #1...do you see that slouchy bag on my shoulder?  Yup, the classic broke college kid story.  That was my camera bag.  It was a Nike, very thin, no padding duffel bag that I basically THREW my stuff into!
Fun fact #2...that camera I'm holding?  It was the absolutely amazing Nikon FM2 (fully manual 2).  AND, it was a film camera.  
This was way (cough cough) before digital was even a thing, or a thought.  So my entire education was film....cool right? 
I really do think so!
